Still not exercising...just watching the intake. This is maintainable, so it's time to add exercise. It's a snow day, so I just used the blower to do our drive, and Shannon's, plus the sidewalk, and then shoveled the steps. If that doesn't count for a boatload of calories, I don't know what will!
