I am slipping more and more often. Ate half a pan of zucchini brownies yesterday. At least they had zucchini, but I think that is how I justified eating so many. Have pretty much forgotten about drinking water :( that is a huge problem. I have got to get back on track and get to my goal!!
78.0 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
