much happier than expected with weighing 4 days one week, 3 the nxt. averages are on par with last year, weighing every day.. think I'm going to try 3 days per week starting in Feb. we'll see. my walking is going well too, on track to have 100 miles or more this month, so I'm pretty happy this week*!
