Bloody hormones, was excited until I stept on the scales. Kept to calorie down, exercise up. Weight up few other symptoms so figure ir must be. Ready for a few wild day's. Need to stay focussed. Doing it by the hour. About 17 hours and I will be through today, I must do this right
