I think my Christmas merriment caught up with me! But still losing so that is the main thing.

Enjoying the home circuit training the PT showed me though a little sore after the first few days.

16 weeks to to FIJI!!!!
131.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
