I'm really motivated to keep this up :). I'm enjoying what I'm eating and haven't really craved salty snacks if they are not in my reach. I haven't opened anything and I really don't miss potatoes or rice. The pasta yes but not the others I have also found that eating fruit and yogurt at night helps me curb my sweet tooth. I'm hoping to be able to be down to 175 for thanksgiving. I have a week and a half to go. GO ME!!!!!
81.5 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
