Yikes, Christmas has taken it's toll. Up nearly 2kg!

Skipped breakfast this morning to help me to get back on track.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

aaaw don't stress it's christmas! The one week of the year we should not worry about gaining in my opinion :) Try having a piece of fruit or smoothie for breakfast rather than skipping so you can kick start your metabolism!

Thanks. I didn't feel hungry till midday and then I had tomato and pepper soup.
