Feeling really motivated right now. I've been back on my diet and exercise routine now for 6 weeks. I am feeling good, and slowly seeing the pounds and inches go down. Just need to be a little more strict on my diet
113.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
