Not concerned... I think I was dehydrated at the last weigh-in. Still inside the safety rails. I have been fluctuating around the 177 mark since February after dropping from 261. I try to keep it between 175 and 180, although lately I have been putting on visible muscle and dropping some more fat as I have increased my free-weight regimen.
