BP was through the roof last week and I felt awful. Barely did any exercise.. only walked about 3 times and fell back into bad habits of comforting myself with fatty foods to console myself.. bugger.
Have stopped taking Duromine (what was causing the BP issues) so have that psychological crutch gone and will have to work a little be harder and watch what I eat a bit more from now on.
Not to worry.. back on track this week, just have to make up for the crap week last week.
