Pound down in less then 2 days. Just really trying to watch what I'm eating first, then go back to a "real diet" and workout routine probably after the first of year. Trying to figure out my bad habits that I have picked up in recent months. I think I'm going to do a two week trial run of this, take a week or two weeks off for the Christmas & New Years. Then, 100% on the 1st.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 52.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
