Food before bed is a bad thing... tsk tsk... That was a delicious ham sandwich with aged cheddar but today the tracking starts. Dun dun duuunnnnn.... :) Let's see how it goes. To make welterweight I have to be 170. God knows that I don't have to will power to do strength training to keep up with the 180 and 190lbs guys, hehe.
