Blood pressure was through the roof yesterday.. 132/110 and Dr's were worried. I'm worried.. and I think that may be making it worse.
I find trying to eat my allotted kilo joules hard.. I'm used to all my kJ's being made up of junk food and not having any junk food in the house just makes me think 'Meh.. I'm not hungry then'.. when I'm worried if I eat too little when I plateau I'll have nowhere to go..
Anyway.. try to stay positive. Try not to stress. Try to eat!
