Here I go, once again, hoping I can keep the fire going. Today was my second day in a row going to the gym & before that I hadn't stepped into my gym since early summer. Yikes! What frustrates me the most is that this time last year I was kicking butt & 20 lbs lighter. But it's a new day, time to get moving!
