the damage is done, but i'm not giving up the battle. i'll look at this as a setback. i've had a lot of adjustments recently, new job, lots more hours between old and new and things are starting to settle down now, and i'm getting myself back on track. i need to re-evaluate my points though, cause now i'm not as active at work, but i need to increase my activity on my off hours which i think will be more obtainable now. today is a new day and i'm not going to give into temptation, must get myself back on the steady course,i've come to far to give up now. i started by going to my WW meeting yesterday and facing the music, i knew i had gained, but i need to hold myself accountable and face up to it if i'm going to move forward. i'll need lots of support, and thats why i'm here.
