lots of not so healthy eating towards end of week. due to travel, and only 6 days of weighing. but still managed to keep within my avg. house sitting this nxt week, probably not alot of walking, so will have to watch diet closely
58.2 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
