Not sure how the weighing in helps...it appears I've gained five pounds in one day even though I didn't exceed my caloric intake and moved more than is typical for me. Hmmm
75.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Google "why the scale lies", it explains why the body can gain weight even when doing everything right. Maybe you had too much sodium yesterday hormones, medciations, stress, sore muscles from exercise etc. Your weight can fluctuate hourly. Don't let it get you down. Drink some extra water and hopfully you will be down in a few days.

Thank you for the information...I'm going to have to google that info and probably invest in a more accurate scale since I woke up 8 pounds lighter today.
