Grrr. i guess that one kg proves that no matter how hard you work out if you don't eat right, the weight will just stick there. . i have been visiting family for 2 weeks and i cannot believe i am going to say this but, i missed my veggies!!. i tried to offset the fat laden food by eating as little as possible and walking 6km everyday. Now that i am back home i am embracing my veggies with everything i am. i was up at 5:00am today to cook my veggies for the next few days.

94 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
