no meeting this week, which means no weigh in this week, probably a good thing because the emotional eater was on high alert this week, i over indulged way too much! too much stress with my current job, that will all change next week when i start my new job.(thank God!)and then there was the loss of my kitty "tigger", you just don't realize how pets impact our lives, i miss him so much, he was a great cat and beloved member of our family. so all in all a really crappy week for me, but hopefully things will get better and i need to get back on track before i do too much damage to the diet. love and best wishes to my friends of fatsecret. hope all of you have a blessed thanksgiving!
