Third weigh-in at target, so I guess the last two were not flukey aberrations.

Maybe I'll shoot for an "even" 65kg for Christmas, so down 1.5kg in three months... that's should be pretty casual.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Although that might be tricky... fractured metacarpal pretty much means I wiil be down on exercise over the next six/eight weeks!
