I have been doing a lot of over time at work (39 hours in August) so haven’t been scheduling time for exercise, so my weight hasn’t been going down. I have been keeping to my calories but haven’t been hitting my step count most days…From today, I am going to do less overtime and prioritise my health. ✨🌟⚡️⭐️🌞
