Returned from a 5 day hunt yesterday. Weighed in at 163 this morning. I was definitely expecting the gain but honestly 1.5lb was less than I expected. Lived off mountain house meals, burgers, dogs, chips, and little Debbie’s haha. Hunting is my version of a vacation, so I figured no meal prep and a healthy dose of cosmic brownies. Intake was definitely high in sodium and processed crap so hopefully it’s just extra water weight, either way, worth it. Hope everyone is doing well. Back to the grind for these last 3 pounds.
