No weight loss last week
BUT NO GAIN
This week I hope to just maintain - Big Birthday on Thurs
Going to enjoy the day - stay on plan
But maybe have a small piece of Birthday Cake
Mom did ask if I wanted a cake - told her not really
but if she wanted it - that would be ok
Very thoughtful of her to ask!!
