So I gained 1.6? This is so frustrating. I worked so hard this week and I even burned 701.2cal in a single work out, my best ever. Oh well, another week is here and I won't stop my goal to lose the weight. I asked my consultant about sagging skin and if I will get it. she says moisture is so important to avoid stretch marks. I won't give up on my goal. I just won't!
108.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Many different things can cause you to gain such as sore muscles from working out alot, hormones, medicine, stress, sodium. etc. As far as sagging skin, no one can predict what it will do. It depends on genetics, age, how much you have to lose, how many times you have gained and lost. Losing slowly, getting in enough cardio and doing strength training exercises can all help. Moistureizing also helps. You are doing great!
