168 this morning right when I woke up. Followed by some fasted cardio. Don’t know if that really matters haha but I felt great.
Scale is dropping much slower since I’ve started back in the gym but that’s more than likely attributed to holding excess water weight with the added physical activity. “Diet” has been solid this week. Getting close to the goal weight. Will reevaluate once I hit 165 but I am pondering dropping to 160 before trying to “clean bulk” I’ve never been 160 in my adult life so we’ll see if I can get there haha
