Welcome to the gang. I’m not on a weight loss journey but just use the program to monitor my nutrition and annoy people with my unsolicited advice. You can do this. Ask questions and ask for help if need be but also do some reading about nutrition— just give yourself a bit of a head start. Love your glasses.
