Hi Guys, My first instinct was to get on here and lie but I realized that I would only be liying to myself. As you all can see, I MESSED UP! My partner and I decided to add carbs to our diet and well, we got careless and stop counting. It's so hard to count carbs when you are eating out. I ordered southwestern eggrolls(wraps)and veggies most of the time while eating out. I love Chili's Restaurant and we ate there two nights in a row. I was in heaven! I finally meet my girlfriend for lunch and the only reason I met with her then was because she was leaving for Germany the very next day for 21/2 weeks. I didn't want her to leave mad and upset, so I met with her for lunch. I ordered a rack of ribs and a side of mashed sweet potatoes w/cinnamon. I really blew it that night. I have not been exercising and I didn't get on the scale all weekend long. My partner and I purchased a tredmill today so we are going to step it up a notch or two. I will be keeping the tredmill in my basement so I will have access to it at all times, day or night. We both love to eat and we are both determined to get this weight issue under control. We have decided to stay on the Atkins diet because we feel that it's the best diet for us. Well guys, I feel a lot better now that I've exposed myself and told the truth, I will get back on track and I will redeem myself. Thanks for all the concerns.
