Alhamdulillah kembali kepala 5, ngegym seworth it itu, kemarin ahad latihan leg training, domsnya terasa sampai 3 hari, semoga otot semakin nambah. Sarapan makan ubi, telur rebus dan kopi susu low cal. Siang kadang cuma ngemil, makan malam porsi lengkap nasi + lauk, herannya BB koq bisa turun ya padahal habis makan malam jeda sebentar udah langsung tidur 😅
59.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
