This is kind of depressing since I have been spending an hour at the gym each morning except one. Trying to watch what I eat but too many snacks I think. I feel hungry all the time. Well I guess 6/10 of a pound is better than a gain of weight. Start another week, I have to keep positive and keep motivated.
97.8 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you have logged everything, then you haven't been eating too much. And you have lost over 5 pounds in two weeks, which is pretty good! Keep doing what you're doing, and be patient. It will go!

Thanks for the response. I think I am doing fine, and believe me this will not bring me down. And you are so right, 5 pounds in 2 weeks is great.

Keep it up! You are eating healthy food and you are losing weight! I would be cautious about cutting calories too much. 5 lbs is great, even if it had taken you 4 weeks to do it, you would still be great! You are moving towards your goal. Yay you!

Just noticed you are a teacher Floridagal. I am also but second grade. Can not believe summer is almost over. Afraid to avoid back to school teacher junk food fest.

I totally understand what you mean! I have been making plans now to avoid it. I plan to have a MR shake for breakfast, a kibble I put together of fiber one and nuts for lunch on days when I don't have time to plan lunch and a piece of fruit for the 3 pm bell. I think that should get me home without getting crazy! I teach 7-12' chorus and orchestra. Looking forward to seeing my kiddos and getting in a routine again. But will miss sleeping in!

I will have to start making up some baggies of good foods and snacks. I really want to avoid all that, even today I am going to a training and I know we will go out to lunch, let's see if I can be good.

Its not about being good or bad! You are good no matter what you eat. I have found that when I go out ALMOST always I can make a smart choice that doesn't totally undermine me. And then I just compensate with what I eat the rest of the day. Lunch out, means salad veggies and some hard boiled eggs for dinner. Or what ever works for YOU and your plan. (now lets see how well I do when I am faced with the same situation next week) ;) Be prepared to throw these words right back to me. We can do this!

Lol.....well bad lunch choice. But i agree, tonight is a veggie night. So still will be under 1500 calories for the day. After seeing a burger and fries were over 900 calories I see how it was easy to gain 60 pounds in 2 years.

But look, you worked your plan AND you got the majority of your calories mid day which is better than eating them in the evening. So I would say today was an all round win!
