Thank you for the positivity on here!! It’s helped me to stay on track, even when disheartened. Slowly but surely I’m getting there, and it’s not been a straight line, but most importantly I feel healthier and happier for this whole process, and I’m working to change my habits for a lifetime rather than just for this ‘’diet’’ phase.
