After 3 weeks of being very disciplined! Now entering 2 weeks of holiday(ish) mode where I probably won't be 😶 Just mustn't loose the plot completely!
65.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
