Great idea to up your water to cover the drinks. We are going to a concert tomorrow, Def Lepard, Styxx and Foreigner, (old 80's groups) and I plan to drink a little, No starches for me that day and prob not my second bar so I might have three drinks. Good luck on your working out, that is great, but make sure you are drinking extra water when you work out, and if you are working out more than 5 hours a week you will have to up your foods to lose weight, (weird)...
