I entered all my calories yesterday and so far all today. I'm trying to push for 1 solid month of recording everyday. it makes such a a difference to prevent overeating and mindless snacking!!!
80.4 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
