Feeling very disheartened. I am eating clean, lifting weights (again, finally!) 3 times a week and seriously restricting my calorie intake, and while I feel great for this (mentally and physically), nothing is shifting. I must focus on the positives and continue on the right track. It will happen
74.1 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you thought about tracking measurements (waist, thighs, bum, arms etc) instead of just weighing? You might see more changes there

Thank you everyone ❤️❤️ I’ve decided to put the scales away for a couple of weeks. This is as much about changing my eating and lifestyle habits as it is about losing weight. Onwards and upwards! And measuring is a good idea!!
