working out is not a problem for me. I lift weights twice a week, walk 6-7 days a week at least 45 minutes. And run 2-5 miles per week, spread across 2 days. My problem is food. Specifically overeating regular food, and eating sweets in between meals. The only way I keep from eating so much is by tracking on this app. But staying motivated to track everything is just not easy. I'm trying, but the last 2 months have been so difficult, since March, honestly. With my father not well, and having my full time job and. 2 year old, I'm stressed and upset and having a hard time focusing and taking care of myself. Please send a little motivation my way.
