Weighed myself today and I'm at exactly the same weight as 80 days ago - my last weigh-in. Not surprising as I haven't been trying to loose weight. With the weekend ahead of us, my next attempt at fasting will be Monday. Have a happy weekend everyone!
77.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Saige18 My baby is 7 months old now. She was born 8 weeks premature though. Everything's been fine from the start, just little and had a stint in neonatal ICU to grow up a bit. One reason why I didn't go back to full time work and now try get freelance jobs in from home. Weekend, I have family from out of town, so will mostly be spending time with them. And you? Do you have children? Oh, re weight, I lost 10kg within a week of giving birth. I had SUCH water retention. The next 5 came off slowly and now I'm stuck really. Nothing is dropping off just 'naturally' any more...so yes!

Snezica Yes! I am so relieved that I did not gain anything over the past 2-3 months, but I wasn't really expecting to as it's mostly baby weight that's come off - I think a LOT of water retention. The work starts here though as it's not coming off any more without any effort! Sigh. Have a fabulous weekend! :)

Y002 - yes have a baby 1year and 3 months old , I did't have a lot of water , that was my biggest fear, and off-course that all will be well with baby and myself. but that water thing o my word let me tell u i was googling like hell to prevent water retention , I ate alot of watermelon, like half a day.hahah, had a lot of water 2L at least and then walking daily , thats all the things internet said will help , eat less salt. i have gained 18kgs also first week or 2 10kgs down but that last 8 was a nightmare, but after 6weeks was done i started training again , think at month 4 I have lost more than what I have gained, I really just wanted to be a fit mom , really didnt want to be like my cuz and friends blaming the baby for the body , yes I still have tummy fat but i feel great and think i look much better than before.

Saige18 That's awesome going and well done on shedding the weight in 4 months! I'm only now starting to really feel that I can't 'blame' baby for weight any more. Like you, I want to be a fit mom, so the time is now :) Also tired of the 'fat photos' with my baby. I want to be hot mama. Lol!
