i felt as if i lost weight, even after veering off with eating 2 pnut butter cookies and sodium laden jjohns tuna i still felt i followed my plan reasonably well and i still gained. then i really didn't want to gain during my time of the month. my waist looks so defined it looks so ridiculously good. i'm breathing, i'm fine. i'm just going to go back to what i ate the first week that i signed up.

You'll always gain during TOM. Just ignore the scale and work through it. You'll be rewarded at the end.
