Just take it one day/one meal at a time. Don’t obsess over the bigness of losing weight. Go for a couple small wins. They add up! Trust me, it’s taken over a year. It didn’t happen overnight and it won’t go away that quickly either.
Increase water, protein and fiber and good things will happen. While decreasing sugar, fat and empty calories aka chips, alcohol etc
