Peaked at 180ish 4 to 6 weeks and had to buy new shorts for summer -- 34in waist. Went on juice fast to cleanse the system. Currently hovering around 170lbs feeling better -- back in old cloths, 32in waist. Eat better foods, broccoli and carrot nearly everyday - - Lots of soup, hummus, smoothies, and sundays at einsteins. Exercise -- Take dog on walk, yoga, free weights. Goal is still 150lbs but need to work on muscle building. The plan is to take free weight and body weight manuvers as far as possible until gym is necessary. Biking with coworker Mustafa is in the works. Should think about trying C25K again.
