Sempet naek 1kg mggu lalu (pdhl sy ttp jaga makan dan olahraga, mungkin peningkatan massa otot)

Tp skg sudah turun lg :D

Skg cm fokus menjaga berat badan dan mengencangkan lengan dan paha yg bergelambir hehe
