A good loss considering its only a couple of days. I feel so much better eating less and healthier but do feel hungry as I've got used to eating more and when I like. I have discovered that I have an extra incentive to lose weight and look my best. A week before the wedding there is a 4th birthday party for my triplet granddaughters. My ex husband will be there with his latest wife. I feel quite anxious about seeing him because he was a bully, very controlling and had numerous affairs making me feel totally inadequate. I met him when I was 14 and it took me 30 years to find the courage to leave him, so it's a big deal seeing him again. I really want to feel confident and self assured when I see him and show him I have moved on and am happy (thanks to my second husband who is wonderful and helped me put my life back together and makes me feel that I am a good person) but I am worried I will just revert to the frightened little mouse I used to be.
