whoooowhooo, finally after weeks of playing the yo-yo gain, and losing just .2 or .4 i lost 3.2pounds this week. i've had no significant loss in over 8 weeks, i was really getting a little discouraged, and now finally something to get excited about! hopefully i'll be on a little roll now. the thing is i really didn't do anything different, i just kept plugging along. so if you follow the program and just hang in there it will happen. i'm now down a total of 79.4 pounds since i started last september(not to shabby).
