So I reached the goal but im not really satisfied yet. I dont feel like im really happy with the results. What should i do now 😭
55 kg Lost so far: 33 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Give yourself a few weeks at maintenance to decide. It's a very personal choice. You have settle into your new body to really be objective. Yeah 📣 for your achievements!
