Aside from burning insane amounts of calories via the various exercise in which I've participated, I've avoided soda altogether (not easy to have my one Dr. Pepper per day) and kept my calorie intake well regulated.
In the eight days I've been back on-track following the calories, I've dropped-off what I gained on my two-week vacation, and I'm on the way back to the 170's. 175 in the next two weeks? I'll keep on it.
