I am not surprised. I lost track of my calorie counting most of the week and definitely overate several days. I could feel it in my body too. I am surprised out how big the jump is. But I will get back on track again!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
