Bit frustrating as my weight has been bouncing around 96.5-96.7kgs now for 5 days in a row. I’m not sure why the weight loss has stalled as my calorie intake per day hasn’t changed and I’m in a significant calorie deficit each day. Could it be stress as starry moving house this week for 4mths so the house we own can have renovations. Or do I need to reset and eat higher calories for a couple days or something after 9 weeks eating the same calories per day that I have been?
96.6 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try a few refeed days by eating at your maintenance levels and then try another week on low calories.

I think 5 days is meaningless, maybe youve been less active or slept more, maybe with all the weight loss your calorie deficit is not what it once was. Ive decided to reduce my calories in each time I lose 10kg - could the lighter you actually need fewer calories to create the same deficit? My thoughts on it without knowing anything individual to your diet.

I do protein and vegetable day in this case. 100 g of protein + 200-300 g of vegetables every 3 hours. And of course 8000 - 12000 steps in a day.

Yup mine has been too. i usually do maintenence then drop again. if that doesnt work, I tell myself that muscle weighs heavier than fat 😊😅😂.

It will probably take more than a few days to reset a metabolism crashed through dieting. If you decide to go back to maintenance calories for min three weeks you can increase your exercise to remain in fat loss mode while rebuilding your metabolism.

Don’t weigh every day as weight fluctuates daily. Weigh once a week on the same day. Hard I know not to jump on the scales daily.
