stepping on the scale and seeing the numbers went up is one of hell of an appetite suppressant. it could just be a fluctuation, and i try to tell myself that it's not as bad as it could be...but i've been stuck in the 130s for so long...
62.9 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hope you’re taking supplements to replace what you’re not getting while you’re eating basically nothing. Is that also affect the weight loss. Just a little tidbit I’ve learned from 40 years of dieting, and from my mother, who spent most of her life dieting, because she never thought she was thin enough either. Good luck.

@Teddee-D Yes of course , mostly because i don't wanna lose my hair and have horrible acne because of the major calorie deficit, less than that is recommended for a toddler as i don't really go over 850 cals. since I don't count liquid calories because i don't really eat, whatever mineral or vitamin drink or protein supplement shake or whatever there is, you name it i have it and i try to drink as much of it . thanks for the advice though. good luck to you as well!
