Engordei porque não malhava desde o dia 02.02.2024 mas mantive a dieta, "descassetando" frequentemente.
Na bioimpedância, mantive musculo mas aumentei uns kg de gordura.
72 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
