That's frustrating indeed. Taking meds, staying in calorie deficit and eating healthy and the plateau remains strong.
I know. I need to exercise more. The fear of being in pain gets the best of me. Fuck chronic illnesses and fuck US medical system.
Still.... So many people have success by doing a tiny fraction of what I do. Not discouraged at all, just a bit sad.
