You QUIT SMOKING! OMG THAT'S harder than losing weight for most. So. You need to pat yourself on the back 🥳 SERIOUSLY!!!!! it's only been a month. Now, back to eating well. Just keep those carbs lower which lead to the cravings and you'll get in the groove. We've all cheated and wobbles. That's part of it. I'm so excited for you.

I quit smoking in 2010. Once you get past 3 day mark it gets easier. Breaking the habit is a little harder. All the things you associate to picking up a smoke is what gets ya! Work past them. A quick stroll helps or start doing something to occupy your hands. Changing habits will get you to no longer wanting to smoke. Don't beat yourself up if you slip and have a puff. Work on slowing done to a few puffs throughout the day to few every other day to none a day. I had quit so many times before I gave them up completely. Then about a year to stop thinking on wanting one. Then about the third year mark of Imy thought was I don't want to experience that yucky feeling of that first puff for not having one for a long time to now oh, smoke smells horrible when I walk past someone smoking. Wish you the best and hope this helps. Be strong you got this!!

I quit smoking is 2005 after a pulmonary embolism scared the living spit out of me. Keep up the good work. Every day gets easier and soon you won't even be able to picture yourself smoking. It's a great feeling to be free of that addiction. Besides the cost of cigarettes is close to $10.00 per pack.

when I started I tried to diet and quit smoking and it just didn't work for me. be gentle. I finally let up on dieting for a while until I got a handle on not smoking and about a year later I really got back on track with weight loss I'm heading on 4 years (I think) for not smoking in March if it's not 4 it's 3 and was 60ish lbs down but now am around 50 ish because I had an injury n haven't been very mobile. take your time. youve got this. 💪🏼

It is surely a struggle and I'm not smoking. It will be a year in March and I still want to smoke sometimes, most of the time I dont even think about it.
